Citoler, a house haunted?
During a discussion on the existence of ghosts that my co-worker earns me a story haunted house. There are about fifteen years, a friend of her brother bought an old mansion on the town of Villepinte. Nobody encouraged him to acquire because of rumors about the house. The man who is of Finnish origin is called SY (1). While it is accompanied by a workman named JM, he witnesses two strange incidents. Flames coming out of electrical outlets and a chandelier thrown into the fire to other objects in poor condition probably emerges intact (?). Intrigued by this story, I decided to go there with my colleague.
The windows of this stately home bourgeois are sealed. The access door of the ground seems in fairly good condition and no sign "for sale" is visible. Outside of lightning, I observed no TV antenna on the roof. What makes me think it is uninhabited for a long time. I decide to call the town hall. I learned that having been threatened with destruction, it was acquired by the municipality. I'm going later Miss L. who works at the public library. She tells me that this is one of the few old buildings of the town. Built in the nineteenth century, it was damaged during the release of Villepinte. Its name, The Citoler, originated from the former owner. She added that a short article mentioning its existence is visible in a book entitled Villepinte, France. The next day, the planning department confirmed what Miss L. but contradicts the origin of the name Citoler. Thanks to the internet, I can find a article appeared in the magazine Villepinte citizen (page 22) which gives me a little history of the house. Or suspicious death, or there are strange events reported. On another site, I discovered that a contract has been launched to rehabilitate the building. The goal is to create an activity room for the elderly, a reception area and exhibition halls and associations. Nobody seems to have responded to the market as the likely date of commencement of work was January 1, 2006. The town is indebted to my memory (2), the project may have been temporarily abandoned. I decided to ask the registrar of mortgages a requisition for the actual receipt of all registration formalities and published on this house. The answer comes to me a few weeks later. The former owner, Minn., died May 31, 1979 64. Eight years later, his heirs (3) resell the property at a good price (4) to the Investment Company Sonfeld Meeker & Co. One can imagine that the company planned to destroy the Citoler order to realize its projects. In 1990, four years later, the city acquires the Citoler for a symbolic franc. The mayor may have sold other land to the investment company to save the local heritage. My colleague tells me a discussion on the internet (Facebook). Members of the site to mourn the destruction of an old farm Villepinte replaced by pavilions. These people used to go past. One of them refers to other buildings including the one that interests me. He told me that his family consisted of eight persons, of Italian origin, lived in this house. Over time, several occupants die. The last two members of the family found the house too high decide to sell it. Muslims are interested to become a mosque. Ultimately, a company made a good offer but the mayor opposes it because it is intended to destroy the house to build houses. The mayor forced the heirs to sell the property to the company that sells Meeker for mayor in exchange for lands adjacent. MN has never seen a ghost at the Citoler but he heard there would have been after the departure of his family, black masses inside the house. He also regrets that, following this, the beautiful floor of the house was burned. According to him, the splendid house was ransacked, and the mayor redid the roof but the wall has been replaced by a common fence. The elements I have now contradicted part of the story of my colleague. It is true that he could live events (5). When he was 15, the mayor of Villepinte already owns The Citoler. She has no reason to sell it. I found no name owner NMS has never heard of him. If MS has never acquired the house, how could he get it? Has he benefited from a worker in charge of a provisional restoration to do? We unfortunately lost track of key witnesses. My friend believes in the existence of the devil, this could influence his decision on the house. Her mother confirms these statements, but these strange events that we can not precisely date have been distorted over time. We may consider several hypotheses for an explanation. MS, a wealthy man, is interested in the Citoler. Having bragged about being able to acquire, he refused by the mayor. It enjoys a ghost story to hide this affront. Moreover, the house is old, the electrical is probably not up to standard. Conditions are ripe to cause a short circuit, spark, in one or more doses. A fire begins in this way. A chandelier is not a very combustible. An uninhabited house in an area where the price per square foot is very high could seem odd to people not knowing that it belonged to the town hall. The abandonment of the house and she suffered nocturnal visits have been competing to create an urban legend. Addicts have been spreading that story haunted house in order not to be disturbed in their activities. If one day new information is brought to my attention I will look back on this case. Today it seems better to close this case for lack of evidence.
