Eumosone Cream Dosage

This is my blood ...

Once again, I'm back for the 12th Asian Film Festival of Deauville. Before entering the heart of the matter, a quick word to the attention of the organizers make us Village Asia, a bar and especially its coffee machines (needed to keep going!) This detail aside (but retains its importance!), The organization was perfect, as every year.
What about the 2010 vintage? A selection uneven and like last year, too few movies in the category "Fantasy". We also regret the presence of too few members of scheduled films (director, actress, actor ...). Nevertheless, the festival has revealed a few nuggets. Here is my selection of films to see or avoid to help you make your choice during your next visit indoors.

YES
Symbol (in competition) A Japanese
wakes up one day in a huge piece of pure white, without doors or windows, which seems to be in another dimension. Where is he? How did it get here? Why is he a prisoner of this strange piece? Nobody knows! Fixed on the walls of the protrusions are shaped penis which you quickly understand that this is the sex of angels. Whenever our hero presses a penis, the part delivers an unusual object and triggers a series of strange events! Along with our hero, we discover the life of a Mexican wrestler, surrounded by all characters each more picturesque than the others, including a nun who smokes and swears that leads more dangerously than rally driver! What is the relationship between the Japanese prisoner of this unusual piece of white and Mexican? At first glance, no. It was not until the last half hour of the film, which will take us into a mystical delirium, to find out.
Directed by Hitoshi Matsumoto, which are also the main actor, the film is a UFO as only the Japanese know how to do. Delusional enjoyable and amazing are words that come to mind to describe this strange fable "philosophical-mystical" unclassifiable, whose fantastic slapstick humor alongside an omnipresent and universal. The passage featuring a magician too corny and bored as his partner ageless, made me laugh. Note that Matsumoto Hitoshi that one wonders if he has not made his film on ecstasy is a real comedy star in Japan. He is doing us a one-man clown show, often funny, sometimes less, and eventually leads us to reflect on our actions and our individual responsibility as to the fate of the world. I personally enjoyed this movie, but I understand that it can discard those whose habit is to eat pre-chewed film where every thought is destroyed.

MAYBE
The sword with no name (in competition - Class Action)
Lovestory impossible for the tragic outcome, "The sword with no name" Korean Kim Yong-Kyun , looks with pleasure even if it does not revolutionize the genre. It's a film in period costume, with a few action scenes, as there are many in Korean cinema. The action takes place Joseon Dynasty and tells us the romance between the Empress Myung-sung and his guard, fell madly in love with each other. If there is no historical source for this story of love, the Empress about it, though existed. It has its time encouraged exchanges between Korea and the West before finishing murdered.
If this feature is classical and suffers from a few lengths, it is still effective. A small problem though: the few fight scenes are embedded in an aesthetic of "video game" irritant that becomes ridiculous.
Despite the imperfections of the film, the jury awarded "The sword with no name" Lotus the best action film .

MAYBE
Judge (in competition)
1997, North China. Qiuwu is sentenced to death for stealing two cars. Coincidence would have it, the judge who heard the case had lost his daughter in a car accident perpetrated by a car thief. But a recent change in legislation may allow Qiuwu avoid the death penalty.
The Chinese Jie Liu, carries a feature film here with cold and suffocating atmosphere in which the scenario is very well built. This work explores the machine and its Chinese legal absurdities, through the fate of three characters. Despite its qualities screenwriting, the film suffers from some lengths to my taste. Nevertheless, "Judge" is the winner of the festival, since the jury awarded him the Best Film Lotus .

NOT
All to the sea (out of competition)
Natsuki works in a bookstore. She feels very lonely after experiencing a painful past, where she offered her body in search of love. Koji is a young man living in an unstable family and seeking the truth in books. One day the chance to meet ...
A romantic comedy by Japanese Akane Yamada, who has adapted to the screen one of his novels. True love is he really? That is the question posed by this film that tastes mild satisfaction of "drama", as there is so much to the Japanese TV. Nothing surprising if one considers that the director, which this is the first feature film, worked in television production. You'll understand that this film will appeal above all, teenagers accustomed to eating flowers in the series that cutesy TV broadcasts throughout the year. The criticism that I would do in "All to the sea" is that it drips too much for my taste, good feelings which eventually become annoying. However, if we manage to put aside this default, the film can look, even if only to appreciate the presence of the lovely Eriko Sato in the lead role. I discovered the actress whose beauty and talent in "Funuke, show some love, you losers! "Wacky comedy presented in this festival three years ago. Keep in mind that "All to the sea" is aimed primarily at teenagers and young adults.

FAVORITE
City of Life and Death (out of competition)
China, December 1937. The country is at war with Japan. Japanese troops arrive on the outskirts of Nanjing, the capital of the country ...
Directed by Lu Chuan Chinese, this moving film, terribly poignant and sometimes unbearable back on the appalling massacre of Nanking executed by the Imperial Army of Japan. Carnage absolutely atrocious, which lasted six weeks was, according to sources, between 100,000 and 300,000 victims, civilians and military alike. On 13 December 1937, the Japanese military began to exterminate the Chinese people of all ages who were killed with a bayonet and saber while women and children were raped and disemboweled
If I have a deep respect for all peoples of Asia, and especially for Japan, this episode inhuman, shameful and inglorious perpetrated by the Japanese army is of course reprehensible and unforgivable. This feature is beautiful and should be seen by all, even if only to remember that man, whatever his nationality, is capable of better, but also the worst barbarities. Lu Chuan did with "City of Life and Death" memory work admirable and remarkable. This film is all the more remarkable because it does not fall in a primary Manichaeism. Indeed, the intelligence director is to be treated this genocide with nuance, avoiding to depict one side the camp of the wicked and the other Japanese, the Chinese kind. Lu Chuan's approach is to demonstrate objectively the facts that occurred in Nanking, and the reasons why the Chinese, even today, to feel anger towards the Japanese. These are not portrayed as bloodthirsty monsters, but as mere fallible humans. An aim which was criticized by his fellow director. This is all the more courageous by Lu Chuan, the Chinese censorship is there all-powerful. It took a year before it agrees to distribute the film in theaters. Naturally, this film was intense and hard sparked heated debate in the Middle Kingdom. In conclusion, "The city of life & death", which is not out yet in France, is a monumental masterpiece that should be missed.

NOT
Clash (in competition - Class Action)
What to say except that this action film Vietnamese peak in the accumulation of clichés. A scenario that portrays more shootings, "bastons" and the clash of good guys against the bad service. However, the former being a little naughty, but not as much as the very bad. The team of "nice" is composed of fat little funny, a traitor in power and the protege who will "stumble" quickly. Do not forget the handsome dark service and very talkative, which is, surprise, turn out to be real nice. Even more naturally, the femme fatale who leads this band of nickel up, will fall madly in love with this dark hero, who turns on fag fag to give the appearance of a "Bad boy". If you have a modicum of intelligence, you have nothing to expect from this film for pimply teenager or adult immature. By cons, if you have only two neurons, this film should make you a good time ...

The King of Jail breakers (in competition)
Japan, late 20's. Masayuki Suzuki is a prisoner who escapes from prison systematically in which he is held to be taken knowingly and again recall. One of his captors is very intrigued by these escapes and decides to unravel the mystery of this man ... Like his compatriot
Hitoshi Matsumoto, Itsuji Itao is the director of this film, and also takes the lead role in addition to being too , a star of Japanese TV.
I rejoiced at the idea of attending the projection of the adventures of this "Houdini" Japanese. I was not disappointed by this film strange and surprising. This is one of great surprise of the Festival this year, and it is a pity that no prize was awarded to him. Although the two types come together here, we do not really know whether to classify this work in the surreal comedy of the register or in that of drama, so some scenes are "dark" and burdensome, whereas' others are quite funny and light. I think the final scene in particular that triggered the room, saving almost a laugh. Throughout the duration of this juicy story, one wonders why this man, a true eel of prison escapes in each of his cell and left again just as easily, too easily, by his jailers. Because evidence is emerging As: he escaped from his cell, not to find freedom, but then to go back! This enigmatic man, silent throughout the film, do we learn nothing of his strange behavior, and its escape out of the ordinary until the final climax! What I love Japanese cinema is that it is always unexpected. One never knows what to expect, or what sauce we're going to be eaten. "The King of Jail Breakers" is no exception to the rule. In conclusion, this movie is a very good movie punctuated with beautiful sequences, properly construed, with special reference to Itsuji Itao game that manages to fill the screen without uttering a single word throughout the film. To see for sure.

YES
Goodbye Taipei (in competition)
The biggest bookstore in Taipei to a foreign client. He never buys anything but spends all his nights on the shelves, leafing French textbooks. Her fiancee went to live in Paris and he dreams of joining. When an old gangster offers him a deal: a trip to Paris in exchange for a "special delivery ...
Sponsored by Wim Wenders, the first film Arvin Chen, looks like a gangster movie that has taste, but is anything but a gangster movie! "Goodbye Taipei" is primarily a light film to vibrant colors, inhabited by a good mood and does not take itself seriously at all. It follows the adventures of several engaging characters, including a trio of rogue dressed in orange tuxedo, which Feet are closer Nickelés that real gangsters. Time for a night lit by the neon lights of the city, the different actors play the game of cat and mouse for our greatest pleasure. This film is well paced punctuated by moments really funny. If it's far from a masterpiece, this play conveys a friendly good humor. Perhaps this is why he received the Jury Lotus.

YES
Sawasdee Bangkok (out of competition)
Through four short films, four directors Thais are a personal view Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.
If these four segments are of uneven quality, they allow themselves to still be assessed. My preference is for "Sightseeing" and "Silence". In the first, it is about a mysterious young man who comes to a blind girl. This man who claims to be an angel, gives this blind girl to show him the town.
The second, he narrates the adventures of a woman from the bourgeoisie of Bangkok, including the Mini Cooper is going to crash in an isolated place at 2.00am. Then a wanderer the alarming rate rises from the heart of the night ...
I enjoyed these two segments, because they illustrate a humanism that is increasingly rare in contemporary cinema. Too bad.

NOT
Ghengdu, I love you (out of competition)
Two stories set in the Chinese city of Chengdu. In the first in 2029, a samba dancer wants to fulfill two wishes: to find the boy who saved her when she was a child and put his hand on the man who hurts his cousin. Then it would see that these two men do one. In the second taking place in 1976, an eccentric teacher at a young waitress, the Way of Tea as a martial art. Despite
beautiful images and a reference to martial arts, these two segments scenarios too light do not keep their promises. From a total of 78 minutes, yet this work is long, tedious and difficult to go through. Fruit Chan who is the author of the second segment had accustomed us to better with "nouvelle cuisine" ...

Dear readers Hantee.com House, I've saved the best for last. The only work festival that truly go in the fantasy genre for 2010. Shock cinema. And what a shock! The jury of the 2009 Cannes Film Festival does not it is also wrong in awarding him the Jury Prize . As a preview for the Asian Film Festival in Deauville, we were treated to the long version of "Thirst", unprecedented in France, which lasted nearly 2:30. Release of the DVD and Blu-Ray normally provided for August 4, 2010.

FAVORITE / FANTASY GENRE
Thirst (out of competition)
Sang-hyun is a young Korean priest, loved and respected. Against the advice of his superiors, he volunteered to test an experimental vaccine in Africa against a deadly new virus. Like other guinea pigs, he succumbed to the disease, but a blood transfusion of unknown origin brings it to life. Back in Korea, he began to experience strange physical and psychological change: the priest became a vampire. But the news of his miraculous cure attracts sick pilgrims who hope to benefit from his grace. Among them, Sang-hyun finds a childhood friend who lives with his mother and his wife, Tae-Ju. He succumbs to the violent carnal attraction he feels for the young woman ...
faint-hearted! Those who know me know that I am very critical of films that deal with vampires. Only a very small handful, less than ten of more than two hundred fifty films devoted to the myth, have a real value to me. This is especially true now that this unfortunate fashion vampire moved. A trend that puts the creature in all sauces. The proof of the very cheesy and very puritanical "Twilight", where subversion is absent, and whose only place he should merit be the dumpster. I find it shameful that we have not censored for this trifle belated adolescent, so it is disrespectful to the vampire myth. If you want me to curse you for eternity, confess to me that you love "Twilight" and I will hear your vows on the spot without any remorse! If "Twilight" has dishonored the vampire myth, "Thirst" gives him his letters of nobility. Nothing less than that!
"Thirst, This is my blood," the new work of Korean director Park Chan-Wook, author of the famous "Old Boy" might be talking about her. This striking parable about love, death, religion and freedom is dramatically dark. In a macabre breath, this ballet aesthetics as black as night and as red as blood, takes you for a fascinating and enjoyable whirlwind because totally transgressive. With morbid fascination, we follow the downward spiral of this priest torn between his sexual impulses and his religious principles. Unable to control his own desires for her new vampire nature, this fish rushing along the path of depravity and debauchery with the wife of his childhood friend, herself abandoned by him and humiliated by his beautiful family. It will without restraint his soul the Devil. In a bloodbath and sensual embraces, the two lovers to indulge their morbid impulses. To get your fill of his lover, the priest commits a crime of passion by murdering the husband of the beautiful. The guilt of the man of the church then push to assassinate the woman attractive and poisonous, most angelic devil. But his remorse and his instincts will urge him to revive him by offering him her blood. Mal took him because the devil became a vampire in turn, whose beauty is matched only by the blackness of his soul, will evolve into a formidable predator thirsty blood, that only violence will dominate and that death will stop. Seeing that gave birth to a monster is, this priest defrocked will follow the path of redemption, the outcome will be tragic but inevitable. The virtuoso
Park Chan-Wook is a sign funeral bloody and violent, but not devoid of poetry, including humor, a very dark humor as I love, is present. The scene where she tries to protect itself from sunlight by hiding in the trunk of the car, or bury under that car is hilarious to my taste. Note also that some frightening scenes are not vampiric scenes as might be expected, but rather ghostly scenes including a fiendishly frightening: the Ghost of hilarious husband, whose face is marked by a rictus grin, returns and occurs between the couple during that cursed 'they enjoy the pleasure of flesh. Add to that the director mastered his camera that delivers beautiful images and you will understand why "Thirst" is a must. So you know what you have to do, dear friends ...

Unfortunately, I could not give you my opinion on the other films shown during the festival because I have not seen. It is mathematically impossible to see the entire selection. I only regret not having attended the screening of "Castaway on the moon" which seemed very interesting and the movie in costume "Bodyguards and assassins." The first because I was filming the TV day of release, and second because the doors were closed cinema hall due to complete. And despite my precious card, agitated in vain before the horrible type of security that I was completely ignored. Let him be cursed for seven generations! Following this incident, I made a voodoo doll in his likeness. At the moment, he is dying in agony ...
