The Odd Gallery is pleased to present Home Grown: New Work from New Zealand Organized by Stuart Shepherd (artist, teacher and researcher). This exhibition invites you to discover the works of self-taught artists New Zealanders.
Begun in 2001-2002, applying the previously unpublished works of unknown artists, the project is the result Stuart Shephard a national survey in which more than three thousand slides were collectionées . Supported by Arts Access Aotearoa , Stuart Shephard Gallery was designed to promote Art Brut and the cultural richness of New Zealand.
Exhibited for the first time in France , is with great pleasure that The Odd Gallery presents a selection of works from this unique collection.
